majority here in Pakistan, does not understand English, mostly people do not
have much English exposure.

community, which can understand English, so you need to target them and

whole audience of Pakistan for instance, then you have to write in the native
language, because they have more exposure and environment of their native
language rather than English language.

important to have good command over writing and manipulating language, and secondly

peeps into the psyches of other people and see that what do they demand and what
do they expect from writers and life. When a writer learns to perform this
