What is plagiarism? Every student has the same question in mind. It is a term, which is used for unoriginal content. It is a crime. When a person uses another person's content or material and claims it as his/her own, then he/she is considered a plagiarist. This is what plagiarism is, stealing someone’s original content.

It is considered a serious crime and a person has to pay for it if he/she commits. Many academic institutions lay stress on original content and plagiarism is strongly discouraged. A person must concentrate on original content, rather than copying it or stealing it.

In this way, a student can also learn more.

A student must always avoid copying content and focus on producing original content, whether it is an assignment, poem, article or any other creative piece of writing. Only original content can make you an original person with unique ideas. Every person is unique, and a person can prove his/her unique attributes by saying no to it.

Even Google does not appreciate plagiarism. If there is unoriginal content on the internet, Google can trace it in an instant. Copied content is entertained nowhere, so this is why a person has to be conscious in this regard or else consequences lie ahead.

Every student must write original content and if he/she is finding any difficulty in writing original content, then he/she must ask for help.
