USEF Full Bright Scholarship is a programme, which enables a handful of Pakistani students to visit United States and study a whole semester. A student requires references of two teachers. First reference muse be of an old teacher, who taught him/her in his/her previous academic session. Then the second reference must be of a fresh teacher, who taught him/her recently in the current academic session.

There is a section in the form, which asks the teacher about the students, written and spoken English along with his/her academic performance. It is necessary to attach the references of the two teachers or else the foundation can turn down the application.
